- Shipping Area
All orders will be shipped from the EU warehouse(Except some accessories) depending on your location. We offer FREE shipping on all qualifying orders. Once your order has been placed you can start following the tracking two days later at the following link: https://eu.teswaybike.com/community/Order-Track
and you should receive your order in about 3-7 working days.(PS:Remote areas and islands are not within the delivery range.)
Processing Time
To ensure order accuracy and provide customers with the necessary time to review their purchase details, we will send an【Order Confirmation Email】 immediately after the order is placed. Customers are required to respond within **two (2) business days** to confirm the order details.
- If the customer **confirms the order** via email, we will proceed with shipping immediately.
- If the customer **does not respond within two (2) business days**, the order will be automatically processed to ship.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy will apply (If you want to return the goods, you need to pay the shipping fee).

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
When we ship the goods, I will send you an order tracking email. Please check it carefully to avoid missing the delivery time and agreeing on an additional delivery time (if you miss the first delivery time, you will need to charge the logistics company for the delivery at the designated time again)
