Power, Comfort, and Reliability for Every Ride

When choosing the right electric bike, riders often face challenges related to motor power, battery life, and overall comfort. Many electric bikes struggle with providing sufficient power for hilly terrain or rough conditions. With a 750W brushless motor (peak 1000W), this bike ensures smooth performance even on inclines, while reaching a top speed of 28mph (45 km/h) for an enhanced riding experience. Battery anxiety is also addressed with a large 48V 30Ah battery, offering extended range for longer rides without the worry of running out of power. Additionally, the 20"*4.0 fat tires provide excellent traction and shock absorption, ensuring a comfortable and stable ride, even on uneven surfaces.

Enhanced Comfort with Dual Suspension

The front and rear suspension system (Front Suspension Fork + Rear Suspension) can significantly enhance the riding experience, especially on rough and uneven terrains. The front suspension fork effectively absorbs impacts from the front, reducing vibrations to the arms and shoulders, while the rear suspension system alleviates bumps from the ground, protecting the lower back and spine. Hydraulic spring suspension (Hydraulic Spring Suspension) combines hydraulic damping with spring elasticity, providing smoother and adjustable suspension performance, adapting to various road conditions while improving handling and comfort.

  • Front Suspension Fork & Rear Hydraulic Spring Suspension
  • Adjustable suspension stiffness

1:Do My Height And Weight Fit The X5/x7?
A:The recommended height for the X5/x7 riders is 5'3" ~ 6'5", and the maximum load is 350 Ibs.

2:What factors determine the riding experience of an electric bike?
A: The riding experience is influenced by various factors, such as the bike's configuration, motor drive mode, type of speed sensor, and control system. Different drive modes result in varying riding experiences.

3:How much weight can the rear seat support?
A:The rear seat can support up to 25 kg.

4. How far can the e-bike travel on a single charge?
A: The range depends on factors like the battery capacity, motor power, rider weight, terrain, and riding mode. X5:130km(Range Pedal Assist Mode) per charge. High-capacity batteries may extend the range further.

5. What is the maximum speed of the e-bike?
A: X5:Max Speed 45 km/h (about 27 mph), depending on the motor power.

6. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A: Charging time varies by battery size and charger type. X5 takes 8 hours for a standard battery.

7. Is the e-bike waterproof?
A: E-bikes are designed to handle light rain and splashes, but they are not fully waterproof. Avoid submerging the bike or exposing it to heavy rain for extended periods to prevent damage.
X7:Water Resistant-IP6

8. What kind of maintenance does an e-bike require?
A: Regular maintenance includes:
Checking tire pressure and brakes.
Cleaning the chain and lubricating moving parts.
Ensuring the battery is charged and stored properly.
Periodic inspections of the motor and electrical connections.

1. Hold It!
The safest way to charge your battery is by first connecting the charger to the battery and THEN plugging it into the wall. This ensures a proper connection before electricity starts flowing and prevents arcing.
2. The Right Environment
Charge your battery in a dry, clean, and temperate area. Never charge it in a damp or cluttered environment. Messy garages are the cause of many household accidents, so if this is a concern, it might be time for some seasonal cleaning to create a safer space for e-bike battery charging.
3. Top It Off
The best time to charge your bike is right before your ride. Never charge it immediately after riding! Wait at least 30 minutes to allow the battery to cool down. Always check the voltage on your LCD before heading out.
4. Set It, but Don’t Forget It
Set a timer to ensure you don’t forget to unplug the battery. You can use your cell phone to set a timer or pick up an outlet timer at any hardware store. When the charger light turns from red to green, your battery is fully charged, and you should unplug it. Unplug the charger from the wall first, then disconnect it from the battery.
5. Hibernation
If you’re not riding during the winter, it’s important to store your battery indoors at the correct charge level. Keep the charge at 50% capacity when storing. The battery will self-discharge over time, so if you’re not riding for two months or more, be sure to check the charge periodically and recharge to 50% if needed.
6. Safe Travels
Electric bikes are ideal travel companions, but remember to remove your battery from the frame using the key whenever transporting it on a rack or truck bed. Water can damage your bike’s electrical components, so be sure to use a waterproof cover while transporting if rain is in the forecast.
7. The 80/20 Rule
Ideally, you want to keep your battery between 80% and 20% charge. Use our voltage vs. percentage chart to know where your battery stands before charging. Check the voltage on your LCD or use our battery charge monitor to get an accurate read on how much power you are putting back into your battery each time!
